All our designs are prepared to a high quality, working closely with the Local Authorities Planning and Building Control Departments including South Lakeland District Council, Borough of Barrow-in-Furness, Copeland Borough Council, The Lake District National Park Authority and Authorities within West Yorkshire, North Lancashire and Cumbria.

Designs and drawings are kept sympathetic being vernacular to the area with all practical elements being considered throughout the project.

FDS Architectural runs a fully computerised office, consisting of a modern Computer Aided Design using CAD and 3 Dimensional software.. We are also equipped to prepare all detailed drawings, specifications, contracts for tender and pricing work.
